Atlanta-based DS Waters of America Inc. continues to expand through acquisitions, with the latest involving a company on the West Coast.
DS Waters said it is acquiring Splash Water Inc.’s home and office bottled water delivery business, which serves the Los Angeles area.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Last month DS Waters, a provider of bottled water such as Crystal Springs, brewed beverages and water filtration systems to homes and offices, said it would acquire Gold Springs Premium Spring Water Co., which supplies customers in Peoria, Ill., parts of the Chicago area and the Midwest.
In August, the company acquired the office coffee and water filtration service divisions of Everett, Wash.-based Cascade Coffee Inc.
A month earlier, DS Waters completed a deal to be acquired by funds advised by Crestview Partners, a New York private equity firm.
In addition to Crystal Springs, the company’s brands include Alhambra, Athena, Belmont Springs, Deep Rock, Hinckley Springs, Kentwood Springs, Mount Olympus, Nursery Water, Sierra Springs and Sparkletts.
