The Commemorative Air Force Dixie Wing plans to hold an Atlanta Warbird Weekend at DeKalb-Peachtree Airport Sept. 27-28.

The event will feature 15 World War II-era aircraft and free activities for the public. Activities include a World War II Veterans Meet & Greet and a recreated Mission Briefing by reenactors.

The group is also selling rides on the B-17 Flying Fortress, P-51 Mustang and other aircraft for $99 and up.
