UPS starts Dubai joint venture
Sandy Springs-based UPS has developed a joint venture based in Dubai to handle growth in the Middle East, Turkey and Central Asia.
The joint venture will acquire Unsped Paket Servisi San ve Ticaret A.S., a service agent in Turkey with 2,500 employees.
Unsped's CEO Haluk Undeger will remain at the helm and have a minority ownership share in the new venture.
