UPDATE: America still isn't happy. We're monitoring Twitter for ongoing reports of Christmas presents that are going to happy homes, going to the wrong addresses or, in many cases, going nowhere at all. Among today's criticisms are the following:

"Shoutout to @UPS who is telling me they lost my package, which is literally a mattress. How do you lose a mattress?"

"@FedEx who do i contact to find out if my package is lost or if you all just don't feel like delivering it?"

"@USPS Even on non-Christmas days, they're not very swift either."

But there's praise, too:

"A big shout-out to all of the @USPS , @UPS, @FedEx, and other delivery people as they work to make sure everyone has a Merry Christmas."

"Dear @UPS thanks to your awesome customer service in Alexandria, VA, Christmas has been saved. #WishesDelivered"

And this desperate plea from someone who is emotionally drained:

"Side note: please @FedEx as much crap as I give you pleaseeeeeeeee deliver my presents today like you say you will."
