Tool store shows off renovation at Marietta reopening

Expect to see Brave Peter Moylan, Vince Dooley, NASCAR star Erik Darnell

Northern Tool + Equipment recently renovated its Marietta store, and is hosting a grand reopening Saturday, featuring local celebrities from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Expect to see Atlanta Brave Peter Moylan, University of Georgia football legend Vince Dooley and NASCAR star Erik Darnell.

The company is also having a huge sale, up to 75 percent off, at its four Atlanta locations.

The Marietta location is now the second “prototype” store in the Minneapolis-based chain, which has more than 70 stores in 11 states. The chain sells trailer parts, tires, accessories, power tools and more.
