Streets of Buckhead, a $1.5 billion development, is going up in the swanky Atlanta neighborhood.

Among the high-end shops at Streets of Buckhead will be Arthur, a French line of sleepwear. These boxer shorts cost $49.00.

Another retailer at the development will be Billy Martin's, which is known for its leather goods and rock and roll fashions. Leather Jacket: $1,250.

Whimsical fine jewelry and watches are the signature of Van Cleef & Arpels, which will be one of the luxury goods stores in the development. This fleurette rectangular watch set in white gold and diamonds with a black lacquer dial and satin strap costs $29,600.

Luxury is coming, but it's not there yet. And it won't be cheap. The development is expected to cost $1.5 billion.
