Atlanta-based Sharecare said it has acquired PKC Corp., a privately-held Burlington, Vt.-headquartered developer of health care decision support software.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The health and wellness social network will use PKC's clinical knowledge management system to enable clinically informed communications, the company said.
