Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport is inviting the public to a sneak preview of its new international terminal to open in May.

The airport is holding a community event at the international terminal on May 5 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m, with tours of the facility. The international terminal doesn't officially open until May 16.

The Maynard H. Jackson Jr. International Terminal will open up a second entrance to the airport on the east end of Hartsfield-Jackson off of I-75. Once the new terminal and new international Concourse F begin operations May 16, domestic travelers will continue to go to the main terminal off I-85, but international travelers will enter through the international terminal off I-75.
