Two Atlanta property management firms are merging.

Cocke Finkelstein is acquiring Lane Management in a deal that is expected to close later this month. The combined company will be called CFLane, and will employ more than 800 people.

CFLane expects to keep all its current office locations and employees, the company said in a release. The combined company will focus on acquisition, property management and asset management. Each company has a focus on multifamily properties, and acquires and manages properties for investors.

Cocke Finkelstein is eight years old and Lane Management is more than 30 years old.
