Portman Holdings, an Atlanta-based real estate investment, development and management company, opened a Hong Kong office. The company has a Shanghai office and has worked in China more than 30 years.

Its corporate headquarters have been in Atlanta since 1953. The company focuses on hospitality, office and mixed-use properties.
