Qatar Airways will operate its new daily Atlanta-Doha route with Boeing 777s but brought a super-jumbo jet to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport to celebrate its launch on June 1, 2016.

The Airbus A380 super jumbo jet is flying the route only for the first day as a launch celebration. (After June 1, the route will be flown with a Boeing 777.) (FYI they invited media on a trip to Doha for the route launch, so media etc. will likely be among the passengers.)
