Phipps Tower signs first tenant

Phipps Tower, a new 20-story Buckhead office tower, has signed its first tenant. Speakeasy, a communications training firm, has leased 14,000 square feet. The 500,000-square-foot building is a joint venture of Manulife Financial and Crescent Resources.
