Alex Brounstein, owner and founder of Grindhouse Killer Burgers, said he is looking for a buyer of his restaurant's original location inside the Sweet Auburn Curb Market on Edgewood Avenue.

Brounstein said he doesn't have time to manage the downtown location after opening a second location on Piedmont Road. He said the Sweet Auburn location, which is open only for lunch, typically churns out 150 to 250 burgers per day.

But the Piedmont Road location, which is open for lunch and dinner and has a bar, can do more than three times the business of the original spot, Brounstein said.

"It comes down to time and money," Brounstein said. "I've got no time to be over there. It doesn't make sense for me to stay at the Curb Market, but I don't want to shut it down. You don't want to close down your first location."
