Orkin has expanded its pest control brand in China with its third franchise agreement, according to parent company Atlanta-based Rollins Inc.

The agreement will allow Orkin to offer commercial and residential services, and termite treatment in the city of Chengdu.

Orkin said the franchise owners, licensed pharmacist Miao Hong and engineer Miao Bing, visited Atlanta in February for training at Orkin’s headquarters.

Orkin established its first franchise in Shanghai in 2011, followed by another franchise on Hainan Island.
