Sandy Springs-based Newell Rubbermaid said it is acquiring bubba brands Inc., a maker of durable beverage containers, the company’s second such acquisition since July.

The purchase price was not disclosed, but Newell Rubbermaid expects bubba brands to generate more than $50 million in net sales this year. The seller in the deal is In Zone Holdings Inc.

In July, Newell Rubbermaid announced it was acquiring Ignite Holdings LLC, the company behind the Contigo and Avex beverage container brands, for $308 million. Ignite, which is expected to have $125 million in net sales this year, was sold by the private equity firm North Castle Partners.
