New real estate company in Atlanta

Aug 3, 2010Michael McGwier, a well known Atlanta residential real estate insider, is no longer with Dallas-based Trammell Crow Residential.
Reached by phone Tuesday, McGwier said he’s now the senior managing director of Atlanta-based Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC. He declined to comment on the specifics of the new company, but said a news release would be forthcoming.
McGwier headed up Trammell Crow Residential’s Atlanta office and was the Southeast division leader.
During his tenure with the company, McGwier led the development of Luxe, a 22-story luxury condo building overlooking Piedmont Park, and One River Place, a more that 400 home development along the Chattahoochee River in Sandy Springs.
