Moe's Southwest Grill expands in Turkey

Atlanta-based Moe's Southwest Grill has opened its first and second overseas location in Turkey. Moe's has more than 420 locations in the United States and Canada. It plans to have 21 locations in Turkey in five years and 40 locations over the next seven years.

Focus Brands, the parent company of Moe's, is also the the franchisor and operator of 3,300 Carvel, Cinnabon, Auntie Annes Pretzels and Schlotzsky's locations. The company has more than 820 locations in 53 countries, and says it is "poised to support significant international growth" for Moe's.

Domestically, Moe's plans to open 65 new locations in 2011.
