Atlanta-based supply chain software firm Manhattan Associates reported a profit of $18.7 million for the first quarter of the year as it wins new contracts and gains business.

The company’s first quarter net income amounted to 24 cents per share. Its results marked an increase from $13.4 million, or 17 cents a share, a year ago.

The profit came on $113.6 million in revenue, up from $96.6 million in the first quarter of 2013.

Manhattan Associates also boosted its guidance for the full year, saying it now expects 15 to 17 percent growth in earnings per share for the full year.
