Kimberly-Clark, the Dallas-based maker of global brands like Kleenex, Huggies and Depend, is planning to construct a new logistics building at its Roswell campus.

The new distribution and sorting facility will be at 1400 Holcomb Bridge Road. Kimberly-Clark currently does that function off campus, and wants to centralize it on the 98-acre site it has occupied since 1979. The new building should be completed next year.

The company hired real estate firm Carter to manage construction of the new building. Carter previously oversaw the construction of six buildings for Kimberly-Clark in Roswell, including research and development facilities, administrative office space, a health and wellness facility, a cafeteria and an on-site conference center. Carter also manages the facilities at the campus.
