Alpharetta-based Jackson Healthcare, a staffing service for the healthcare industry, said it has acquired Tyler & Co., an executive recruitment firm.

Financial terms of the deal with Tyler were not disclosed. In addition to executive recruitment, Atlanta-based Tyler specializes in succession planning, board governance and executive coaching.

Tyler will continue to operate as a separate company among Jackson Heatlhare’s other holdings.

Jackson Healthcare is the parent company of 13 businesses that serve the healthcare industry by providing physicians, nurses and health professionals.
