Croker Partners, a Florida-based real estate investment firm that owns several office properties in metro Atlanta, has acquired Atlantic Center Plaza.

The 24-story tower at 1180 West Peachtree St. was purchased from DRA Advisors, according to CoStar Group, a commercial real estate information company. Financial terms were not disclosed.

CoStar said the 500,000-square-foot Atlantic Center Plaza is less than 40 percent leased, but Chris Eachus, who directs Croker’s Atlanta regional office, said the site has “tremendous” value-added potential.

Croker’s other metro properties include Prominence and Cumberland Center II in Atlanta, and Deerfield Point 100-200 and Windward Pointe 200 in Alpharetta.
