A company with 1,381 employees just gave each one of them a $100,000 bonus after a very good year.

The bonuses came after the company doubled in size over a five-year period, according to the report.
Employees told the station they have gotten rewarded generously in the past. Five years ago, employees were given the choice of a $50,000 car or $35,000 in cash after a similar growth spurt.
