How would you like to get a $100k bonus from your boss?

A company with 1,381 employees just gave each one of them a $100,000 bonus after a very good year.

"Hilcorp is one of the largest privately-held oil and natural gas exploration and production companies in the United States and was also named to the 2015 FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For list. That makes it their third year in a row on that list." (Source: Fox26Houston.com)

The bonuses came after the company doubled in size over a five-year period, according to the report.

Employees told the station they have gotten rewarded generously in the past. Five years ago, employees were given the choice of a $50,000 car or $35,000 in cash after a similar growth spurt.
