Home Depot said Tuesday it is looking to fill nationwide more than 80,000 positions for spring, including 1,200 spots in metro Atlanta.

Spring is the busiest season for the Atlanta-based home improvement giant as consumers focus on sprucing up their homes and lawns as temperatures turn warm.

Available positions range from sales and cashiers to operations and online order fulfillment, the company said. Jobs include both permanent part-time and seasonal positions.

“Spring is a great time to join The Home Depot, where you can work alongside a fun, energetic team that’s passionate about the latest home improvement innovations and great customer service,” Tim Crow, Home Depot’s executive vice president for Human Resources, said in a statement.

Applications must be submitted online at www.careers.homedepot.com.
