Greenbriar Mall in southwest Atlanta has signed a lease with Corinthian Colleges for the former Cub Foods grocery store.

Renovations on the 63,000-square-foot space will start Mar. 29.

Corinthian runs more than 100 technical, health care and business colleges in the United States and Canada. It was not immediately known which one of its brands would open in at Greenbriar. Corinthian's schools include Everest, Heald and WyoTech. The company is based in Santa Ana, Calif., and had a total student population of 93,493 as of Sept. 30, according to an earnings report. The company had revenue of about $1.5 billion in the last fiscal year.

Charlie Hendon, president of Hendon Properties, a co-owner of the mall, said he was "pleased to welcome the addition" to the mall. The mall recently avoided foreclosure after being bought by a foreign investment firm. Other new tenants include Revolution Cinemas and Super Beauty Depot.
