Grease Monkey expanding in metro Atlanta

Grease Monkey, a Denver-based oil change and maintenance franchise, will be expanding in metro Atlanta in the coming months.

Northstar Commercial Partners, a Denver commercial real estate investment company, will open six grease Monkey locations in metro Atlanta, adding to the more than two dozen locations already in the area, a spokesman said. The retail locations will be in existing buildings that will be renovated.

Northstar said the Grease Monkey locations should create at least 100 jobs.

The locations will be 1014 Whitlock Avenue, Marietta; 1340 Lawrenceville Suwanee, Lawrenceville; 850 Oak Road, Lawrenceville; 3633 Peachtree Parkway, Suwanee; 4205 Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth; and 524 Atlanta Road, Cumming.
