Atlanta-based Gray Television Inc. said it will acquire television stations in Michigan and Ohio from affiliates of SJL Holdings LLC for about $128 million in cash.

The deal includes WJRT-TV, which serves the Flint-Saginaw-Bay City region in Michigan, and WTVG-TV in Toledo, Ohio. Both stations are ABC affiliates.

The deal with SJL Holdings is the latest of several acquisitions Gray has made over the last year.

The company has acquired network-affiliated stations in South Dakota, North Dakota, Louisiana, Nebraska, Ohio, West Virginia, with other deals awaiting Federal Communications Commission clearance.
