Atlanta-based Genuine Parts Co., whose businesses include the NAPA auto parts retail chain, said it has acquired a North Carolina distributor of food service disposables, and janitorial and cleaning supplies. The company also closed on two previous deals.

Financial terms of the deal between Genuine Parts’ S.P. Richards office products group and Garland C. Norris Co. Inc. were not disclosed. Garland C. Norris is expected to generate about $35 million in annual revenues.

Genuine Parts also announced the completion of two previous deals, including the buyout of Commercial Solutions Inc., a bearings and power transmission products supplier based in Edmonton, Alberta, and Schaumburg, Ill.-based Electro-Wire, Inc., a distributor of specialty wire and cable products.

In addition to automotive replacement parts, Genuine Parts distributes industrial replacement parts, business products and electrical and electronic components.
