The Ford Mustang begins its 50th year of continuous production with more style choices and new colors, in addition to segment-leading technology and driver tools.

The sale price for the 2014 Ford Mustang will range from a $14,000 base price to a fully-loaded Shelby GT model for under $60,000.

The Ford Shelby GT500 produces 662 horsepower from its aluminum 5.8-liter supercharged V8, making it the industry's most powerful production V8 engine. It will be sold with either a 525-hp or 624-hp engine. Shelby says the 624-hp version will do 0 to 60 mph in about 3.7 seconds

The Ford Shelby GT500 interior will also feature a Touring edition with racing-style seats.
