Flowers Foods declares 20-cent-per-share dividend

Flowers Foods announced Tuesday a quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share.  The Thomasville-based company, which sells baked goods under the Nature's Own, Whitewheat and Mrs. Freshley's brand names, said it renews the the annual divident rate of the 80 cents per share and is payable Sept. 21 to all shareholders of record as of Sept. 7.
