Suwanee-based Fischbein, a supplier of packaging machinery and material handling equipment, has been acquired by Odyssey Investment Partners, the NY ompany announced Monday.

Fischbein was sold by a group of investors led by MSouth Equity Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Fischbein has 11 manufacturing and sales/distribution facilities in the U.S., Europe and Singapore.
