The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. has decided to renew its lease in the Millennium building at Ten 10th Street in Midtown Atlanta. The FDIC’s 102,619-square-foot lease is about one fourth of the 14-story building at 10th and West Peachtree streets. The building was completed in 2001.

“The FDIC has occupied Ten 10th Street since 2002, and the building provides this crucial federal agency a modern, Class A space with the latest high-technology infrastructure,” said Mike Werner with Parkway Realty who represented the building’s owner along with Bill Hollett, also of Parkway. David Kilborn of Grubb & Ellis represented FDIC in the transaction.

The FDIC has six regional offices and is headquartered in Washington.
