Engle Martin & Associates Inc., an Atlanta-based company that specializes in insurance loss adjusting and claims management, said it has acquired Fort Lauderdale-based Totura & Co., a regional claims adjusting firm.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

In announcing the deal, Engle Martin Chief Executive Officer John Quinn said acquisition will strengthen the firm’s presence throughout Florida and the Southeast.

Engle Martin has 49 offices and more than 375 employees. Totura has 28 full-time adjusters.
