Aflac, the Columbus-based insurance company, has been honored as one of the country's best workplaces from which to retire, according to Fortune.

Aflac came in at No. 21 on the 2016 list of 30 companies thanks to a combination of its positive employee feedback and its retirement benefits. It was the only Georgia company on the list. (Alabama-based Intuitive Research and Technology came in at No. 1.)

“Having worked year over 35 years, I can say that I love Aflac and all the opportunities that have been given to me and my family," one employee said, according to a company survey which made up part of the ranking.

Fortune's list was produced in partnership with the same group that produces their annual "100 Best Companies to Work For." Aflac cracked that list as well in 2016, coming in at No. 50. It's the 18th straight year Aflac's been given that honor.
