For many people, "retirement" conjurs images of snowbirds — white-haired men and women — migrating to Florida. Florida has the sunshine and beaches after all.

But, wait ... Georgia has that, too.

So why don't people automatically think of retiring to Georgia?

Maybe they believe these myths about the Peach State.
