If you're on the hunt for a job, here's an opportunity to help keep MARTA on the move.

The Fulton County Workforce Development Division is helping recruit MARTA bus operators and wants customer-focused applicants 21 years or older to sieze the opportunity, according to a news release.

To apply, create your applicant profile at itsmarta.com and apply for the bus operator position. Applications must be submitted by Friday, Sept. 2.

Once you've submitted your application, send an email with your name and number in the body and "MARTA BUS OPERATOR" in the subject line to Jason.Lane@fultoncountyga.gov. Wait for further instructions.

If you meet all the requirements including passing background screenings, possessing "excellent" customer service skills, you will be notified by MARTA for an interview.

Remember: Individuals must have a valid Georgia Class A or B CDL driver's license or CDL permit to apply.
