Atlanta-based EarthLink Inc., an IT services and communications provider, said it has completed its $22 million acquisition of CenterBeam Inc.
CenterBeam, based in Sunnyvale, Calif., provides cloud-based IT support services to mid-sized businesses. The company also has offices in San Diego and Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada.
EarthLink said it will use CenterBeam’s help desk, desktop technical support and application support services to expand its own portfolio of IT services nationally.
