Duluth-based NCR named Richard Bravman chief marketing officer and vice president of corporate development, a new position. He will report to executive vice president John Bruno.

Bravman, who joins NCR from Intelleflex, where he was president, chairman and CEO, is responsible for business development and building the NCR brand, as well as corporate communications and government relations.

NCR, a global technology company that relocated its headquarters to Georgia from Dayton last summer, employees about 22,000 around the world and reported $5.3 billion in revenues in 2008.

"I believe that I can utilize my experience and expertise not only to help grow the business, but also to make NCR one of the world's top recognized brands," said Bravman in a press release.
