Delta Air Lines has added regional craft brews to its beverages offered in flight on select routes.

Different beers will be offered in different regions outside Atlanta. The new offerings include brews from San Diego’s Ballast Point Brewing Co.; Long Island’s Blue Point Brewing Co.; Brooklyn Brewery; Petaluma, Calif.’s Lagunitas Brewing Co.; Newburyport Brewing Co.; and Escondido, Calif.’s Stone Brewing Co. Boston’s Sam Adams will be offered on other routes.

SweetWater 420 is already sold for $6 on select routes from Atlanta to Florida and New York, as well as to Washington D.C. and New Orleans.

“These partnerships help to sustain local businesses while making the in-flight dining experience something that customers can and do look forward to,” said Delta chief executive Richard Anderson in a message to employees on Friday.
