International law firm Greenberg Traurig announced Friday that its more than 100 lawyers in Atlanta will occupy at least the top five floors of Terminus 200 in Buckhead. The move will take place next summer, a spokesman said.

Greenberg Traurig is moving from the Forum on Northside Parkway. The law firm is only the second tenant to announce that it will be moving into Terminus 200, a new 25-story office tower developed by Atlanta-based Cousins Properties.

Cousins also announced that it has formed a joint venture with a fund managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing that has successfully recapitalized Terminus 200.
