The numbers are in. Nearly 22,000 people turned out for this year's annual convention of the National Association of Convenience Stores, which was held last week at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. About 1,300 of the attendees were from outside the United States. The show ranks as one of the 50 largest annual trade shows in the U.S., according to organizers. The show featured 1,300 exhibiting companies, with about 330 of them new to the show.
