Coca-Cola Co. said its office in Cairo is closed and will not re-open until security in the city improves.

"We are monitoring the situation in Egypt very closely," Coca-Cola said in a statement. "The safety of our employees is our primary concern and we are taking all necessary measures to ensure everyone's safety."
