City Grill and Dailey's, both owned by Great Hospitality Restaurants, have closed, ending operations for two well-known downtown Atlanta eating establishments.

A manager confirmed the restaurants had closed. Dailey's, at 17 Andrew Young International Boulevard near Peachtree Center, opened in 1981. City Grill, located at 50 Hurt Plaza near Georgia State University, opened in 1988.

The two restaurants changed ownership several times in their histories. They were bought in 2000 by Karen Bremer, a former Peasant restaurant executive, and paired together under Great Hospitality Restaurants.
