Atlanta-based Business Computer Applications Inc., which provides IT services to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other health agencies, has been sold to a Virginia company

Acentia, a Falls Church provider of technology and management software to the U.S. government, did not disclose what it is paying for BCA.

BCA’s more than 30 employees in Atlanta and Hyattsville, Md., will join Acentia’s 1,100-member work force.
