Atlantic Station is upgrading its lighting and signs in time for the new year.

Upgrades to the parking deck will cost Atlantic Station manager CBRE $2.25 million, and will include new signs, lights, painting and striping, and new street-level signs. The work is expected to be finished by Dec. 31.

The three-level parking deck has 7,200 spaces. Retrofitting 3,000 light fixtures with LED lights in stairwells and more efficient light bulbs is expected to save $125,000 a year.
