To compile its annual list of the world’s most admired companies, Fortune magazine polled 3,770 executives, directors and analysts.

The results weighed in the favor of a handful of Atlanta-based companies.

The 13th annual rankings were released Monday.

Fortune says the goal of its list is relatively straightforward, “to find out which companies are the world’s corporate role models.”

Apple once again took home the top spot, joined in the top five by Amazon, Microsoft, Walt Disney and Berkshire Hathaway.

The company notes that the scoring system “favors companies whose peers recognize that they do many different things well.”

While no Atlanta-based companies cracked the top 10, there were some nods to Peach State businesses in the top 50.

Coca-Cola was the highest Georgia-based company on the list, coming in as the 12th most admired company in the world, and first among the beverage industry. Coke’s competitor, Pepsi was No. 43 on the overall list.

Here’s a look at the Georgia-based companies in the top 50 most admired worldwide:

No. 12: Coca-Cola
No. 19: Delta Air Lines
No. 21: Home Depot
No. 33: UPS
