Asbury Automotive Group acquired a Volkswagen and a Bentley store in metro Atlanta.

Gossett Volkswagen and Bentley of Atlanta in Roswell will now be known as Nalley Volkswagen and Bentley of Atlanta. The two stores represent about $60 million in annual revenues, Asbury said, but the company did not disclose the terms of the sale.

Asbury now owns and operates 12 stores in the Atlanta market.

Asbury president and CEO Craig Monaghan said the acquisition was the first step in a plan to expand the company’s dealership network.
