Duluth-based Asbury Automotive Group, which owns dealerships locally and around the country, is adding Sandy Springs Ford to its roster.

Financial terms were not disclosed, but Asbury said the Ford dealership on Roswell Road has about $110 million in revenue annually.

In June, Asbury became the 17th publicly traded company listed among the Fortune 500. The company had $5.3 billion in sales last year.

The company, which operates 82 dealerships, now has 16 locations in Georgia, including more than a dozen in metro Atlanta under the Nalley brand. The Roswell dealership becomes Nalley Ford Sandy Springs.
