Another big Atlanta law firm has decided to stay put after checking out its options in Atlanta’s office market.

Arnall Golden Gregory announced Friday it will stay in the Wells Fargo building at 171 17th Street in Atlantic Station. The building was the first office tower built in Atlantic Station, which is west of Midtown. The law firm has been there since 2004. Its lease was set to expire in 2014, but the firm decided to extend it until 2024.

Arnall Golden has 265 employees in Atlanta and occupies five floors of the 21-story office building. Under the new deal, the firm will take slightly less space.

Morris, Manning & Martin last week announced it would stay in Buckhead’s Atlanta Financial Center. Alston & Bird, McKenna Long & Aldridge, and Kilpatrick Townsend also renewed leases in their current homes instead of moving.

Real estate services firms Carter and Jones Lang LaSalle brokered the deal.
