The family drama that has the four children of Rollins Inc.'s CEO suing him, his brother, who is chairman and another board member of the Atlanta-based pest control giant, should not impact operations, one analyst said. In a research note to investors, James Clement, an analyst with Sidoti & Co., wrote the lawsuit over two trusts established for the children should not affect the company's operations or earnings prospects and maintained his "buy" rating on the firm. The lawsuit "is a family matter that unfortunately has to play itself out tangentially through company press releases," Clement wrote Wednesday, "But in no way impacts the company's operations, in our view." Rollins Inc. on Tuesday announced it fired Glen Rollins -- one of the children suing his father, Gary Rollins -- from his positions as executive vice president of the company and president of its Orkin subsidiary.
