AirTran reports increase in February traffic

AirTran Airways said its passenger traffic grew 5.4 percent in February compared with a year earlier, as it increased flight capacity.
The Orland0-based carrier, which has its largest hub in Atlanta, said its flight capacity was up 4.2 percent in February compared with the year-ago month.
AirTran's planes averaged 75.1 percent full last month, up from 74.2 percent full in February 2009.
